Welcome to Legacy Dance Company!

Alex Scerba opened the doors to Legacy Dance Company in 2012 in her hometown of Thunder Bay. Since then, the studio, which started out as a dream, has grown into an award-winning dance studio and second-home for LDC's students, teachers and families. 
 
Legacy Dance Company is proud to offer an encouraging and nurturing environment for dancers of all ages and levels. Our talented faculty is dedicated to the development of each dancer as an artist, athlete and individual. As a faculty, our goal is to provide all students with a fun, safe and educational environment where they will learn about music, performance, creativity, self-expression, teamwork and the art of dance. We view dance as an opportunity to build confidence, create long-lasting friendships and develop artistic and athletic abilities. 

Our facility has five fully-equipped studios, with full-length mirrors,
professional cushioned dance flooring, dual height barres and
sound systems. Our lobby area is equipped with seating, as well as
having a fully stocked office with merchandise, snacks and drinks
(subject to availability). We are excited to offer closed-circuit
monitoring in our studios to allow parents to watch their child's
participation in class from the lobby.
